We are pleased to invite alumni to participate in the Mentor - Mentee Program, an initiative designed to foster meaningful connections within the alumni community through career guidance, professional insight, and shared experience.
- Alumni who graduated ten (10) or more years ago
- Professionals willing to share career guidance, industry insights, and experience.
Mentor Commitment
- Program duration: Three months
- Time commitment: One meeting per month
- Meetings may be held virtually or in person, based on mutual preference.

- Alumni seeking career guidance, professional development, or industry exposure.

Mentee Commitment
- Mentees are expected to take ownership of their participation once matched.
- This includes initiating communication, scheduling meetings, and following through on agreed goals.
- Clear guidelines will be provided to support effective outreach and engagement with mentors.
How to Participate
Alumni who are interested in participating as a mentor or mentee are requested to write to the JBPAA Team expressing their interest and preferred role.
